Five 5″ x 7″ and Five 4″ x 5″ images depicting destruction from the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. I’ve seen many photographs of the aftermath of this event. These are some of the most interesting as photographs, not only because of what they show, but because of their composition. The one of the upside-down statue is rather wonderful in itself. Tones are slightly light on a few, but there is no damage.
